Work Overview
At Universal Audio, I led the concept development, design, and pitch for a strategic redesign of the UA Connect app, the platform where customers manage their purchased software and registered hardware. By implementing a modernized interface and new feature functionalities, I aimed to enhance user engagement, streamline navigation, and improve the overall customer experience. This redesign was positioned to drive increased user retention and in-app sales, creating a more seamless and intuitive platform for UA customers.
Outcomes & Impact
To support these improvements, I conducted research-driven interface updates that optimized usability and accessibility while aligning with UA’s brand aesthetic. Additionally, I introduced new engagement-driven features, ensuring users could more easily discover, manage, and purchase products within the app. By combining user-centered design principles with business objectives, this redesign positioned UA Connect as a more powerful tool for both customer satisfaction and revenue growth, reinforcing Universal Audio’s reputation for innovation.
